Plot

“අලි කතාව” An Elephant’s Tale – The Family Movie මහාචාර්ය සුනිල් ආරියරත්නයන්ගේ ඉතාමත් චමත්කාර සිනමා අත්දැකීමක්. ඇඩිලේඩ් ශ්‍රී ලංකා බෞද්ධ විහාර⁣යට ආධාර පිනිස ඔක්තෝබර් මස 14වෙනි දින ඔබ හමුවට. පවුලේ සැමට එකට නැරඹිය හැකි අනර්ඝ සිනමා කෘතියක්.
A mother carrying her child in a basket faints when a group of wild elephants attacks a dance troupe. On hearing the baby's cry, a female elephant takes him with her and later, he grows with her calf.

Production

The script based on a story by Leticia Botheju, Anusha and Raja Kumaru. All scenes of baby elephants were filmed in Chiang Mai - Thailand. Other scenes were shot in Sri Lanka.
